What is Tarot?

Tarot is a divination practice and experience that can help unlock insight. It isn’t fortune telling, but with the assistance of a Cosmic Intuitive, Tarot can shine a light and help you explore different possibilities.

I’m hesitant because I don’t want to mess with the future by getting Tarot readings. Is it scary?

We totally understand the hesitancy. Receiving Tarot readings doesn’t ruin your future and we’re not offering a psychic service. Tarot is a tool used for guidance and simply picks up on energy. You have free will, and any choice you makes affects the energy and your outcomes. If the message isn’t what you were hoping for, don’t fret! You have the power to change the energy, and sometimes it takes a little bit of inner work to accomplish that. You are always in control of your future and destiny. It’s just a matter of whether you choose to accept the possibilities of what is being presented to you. What work are you honestly willing to do to accomplish and achieve what it is you want? We can help you figure that out!

What if I don’t feel like I’m resonating with the messages?

It’s rare that we pick up on an energy that doesn’t resonate, but if we do, it may be because it’s something you can’t see and it hasn’t been presented to you yet. You may be doubtful and think, “how is that possible?” but trust that what is meant for you, will find you! Also - time is fluid, so what we pick up on could be happening now, could’ve happened in the past or could be entering your life soon. Cosmic Tarot is confident you’ll walk away from your reading with messages that truly resonate with you! But as always, we recommend to take what resonates with your heart, and leave what doesn’t. It may not make sense today, but it will soon. Additionally, we have to legally say that our services are for entertainment purposes only and we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, nor are we liable for any specific outcome that you’re wanting.

Can I do a Tarot reading for someone else?

In short - No. Your reading must be for you, not you on behalf of someone else. Before doing a reading, we will ask your permission to read your energy. Keep in mind, someone’s energy could be tied to yours and that is the only time we may sense an energy that isn’t yours. If we get a session that we feel isn’t on the up and up, your reading will be subject to cancellation.

Is there anything you won’t do a reading on?

Yes, we will not cover or advise on personal health that requires medical or professional assistance. If you seek medical advice, please seek assistance from a doctor or professional health specialist. Also, we don’t do soap opera (drama) readings or send messages containing warnings. Tarot is meant for self-reflection, guidance and inspiration. To do a reading on anything otherwise would be bad spiritual hygiene (also, we only want the good karma).

Do you offer pre-recorded sessions?

We do offer emailed readings with pre-recorded sessions for a select number of readings! Additionally, we offer in-person and live sessions via Zoom or Google Meet. We prefer live or in-person as it’s the best way for us to pick up on your energy and be able to offer a more insightful reading tailored specifically to you. Pre-recorded sessions don’t always give the 100% accuracy we’re looking for, and we don’t want your reading to come off as generic, unrelatable or hard to connect with but we’re confident you’ll get a message that’s meant for you. We believe you deserve the best reading and to feel as though you can walk away with a message that truly resonates in the most thoughtful way.

Do you keep my session private?

Yes absolutely! Every session is private. And before any Tarot reading begins, you are first asked if we have permission to read your energy and we disconnect from your energy upon the session ending. We will never, ever discuss your reading with anyone as your privacy is highly valued and fully respected. Additionally, we would never make choices for you or try to upsell any additional service.

Do you have a referral program?

We do! For every 1 referral that leads to a paid session, you will receive 15 Cosmic Stars. Each Star is the equivalent to minutes. So if you refer 1 person, you will receive a free 15 minute Tarot reading. If you refer 1 person, but were interested in a 30 minute reading then you would only pay the price of a 15 minute reading and receive 15 minutes of the session free.

This can only be applied evenly. For example, the 15 minutes cannot be applied to a 60 minute reading where you only pay for 45 minutes of the session because there is no 45 minute session offering. If you refer 2 people, you receive 30 Cosmic Stars and that can be applied to the 60 minute session where you would pay for a 30 minute session. The more you refer, the more Cosmic Stars you collect!

Cosmic Stars can only be applied to our 15 Minute, 30 Minute and 60 Minute Tarot readings and cannot be applied to the Cosmic Tarot Club Monthly Healing + Guidance Packages, merchandise, products or monthly programming. Cosmic Stars cannot be used retroactively.

Cosmic Stars are earned for every referral that results in a paid sessions (your referral must list you as the referrer upon booking). Additionally, 15 Cosmic Stars are awarded one time for each of the following occurrences: if you give a written testimonial to be shared on our website, a Google review, or a Yelp review.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your session. Any last minute (less than 24 hours) and/or same-day cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If you’d like to reschedule, please cancel your session first (a refund will be issued less any cancellation fees applicable) and then reschedule via our Book A Session link located on our website. Your refund should appear back into your account within 3-7 business days depending on your bank. If you don’t yet have the funds to reschedule, we advise to wait for your refund.

If you have signed up for our Cosmic Tarot Club monthly healing session, you are able to reschedule at any time during the month since you are paying a monthly fee and are not subject to a cancellation fee, but the 24 hour notice still applies. If you miss your monthly session, it unfortunately can’t be carried over into the next month and there is no refund in the event you miss your monthly session. Our schedule fills up quickly and in order to accommodate everyone on their dedicated journey, this is the best way to keep everyone on their path!
